This is the fifth of a six part guide which explains the key steps of the Strategic Execution Framework, developed by the Stanford Advanced Management Programme. The Engagement domain is central to strategic execution. It’s where strategy turns into action by engaging in a portfolio of project-based work that will move the business forward. The ability to choose and fund the right projects and programs is based on clarity around goals, metrics and strategy. Without clarity it’s easy to veer off course and work on projects that aren’t aligned with your objectives and strategies.
