You will need to download Windows 7 RC1 (as an ISO file) from the Microsoft website onto your local hard disk. On a normal PC you would then burn the ISO download file onto a DVD drive. But for a NetBook like the Lenovo S10 you need to copy the files contained within the ISO file to your USB memory stick. I have used a free utility called Virtual Clone to do this. It effectively makes the ISO file for Windows 7 RC1 you downloaded from Microsoft appear as a CD/DVD drive. With this software you right-click on the BD-ROM drive in the My Computer window and use the Mount menu option to select your ISO file.
