The Netsky and Sasser worms - 25 years of viruses
Sven Jaschan, a German teenager, was caught in early 2004 and found guilty of writing the Netsky and Sasser worms. Jaschan was found to be responsible for 70% of all the malware seen spreading over the internet, but escaped prison and ended up being hired by a security company.
