These are the top 10 places in the world to be an IT company, according to the Economist Intelligence Unit’s third annual Benchmarking IT competitiveness report, which looked at 66 countries.
The report ranked each country in terms of overall business environment, IT infrastructure, human capital, legal environment, research and development environment, and support of IT industry development.
