The ING Renault F1 Team’s Computational Aerodynamic Research Centre uses two separate APC InfraStruXure HACS complete with NetShelter equipment racks, APC InRow RC cooling units, APC Symmetra Uninterruptible Power Supplies and Netbotz monitoring appliances with CCTV cameras to support the team’s Mistral supercomputer.

 

Formula 1 team ING Renault F1 has updated its data centre to improve the complex aerodynamic modelling needed to create a winning F1 car for the new season that starts on March 29 in Austrailia.
