London based Technical Architect role, offering not only an attractive salary and benefits package, but also the opportunity to work in an extremely stimulating and rewarding technology sector, working with high profile new media and broadcasting client base both in the UK and overseas.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience of working on large projects as a Technical Architect. You will be a deeply technical and experienced technical architect with current and hands on experience of infrastructure and application architecture using mainstream enterprise application environments / frameworks (i.e. Microsoft .NET, Websphere).
It is essential that you also possess at least 2 years experience of the Vignette product range: Vignette Application Portal Server and/or Vignette Content Management Server (VCM) 7
Ideally you will have good working knowledge of physical infrastructure design / implementation in large scale complex environments spanning servers, storage arrays, network firewalls and switches and hosting.
Our clients architects have broad and multifaceted roles and work mainly with the Board. Their typical mix of work is - 60% on projects (technical selection, architecture/design, technical leadership and development), 20% technical pre-sales support (demo's, meetings etc), 20% on R&D
