Our client is a specialist provider of high speed internet access, video on demand, Voice over IP and IP TV solutions to the hotel, conference and serviced accommodation markets. An opportunity has now arisen for a Junior IT Support Assistant to join their team.

In this exciting entry level role, you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to clients experiencing issues for the internet. Specifically, you will be required to log their calls and resolve their problems.

To be considered for this position you must have proven IT experience - gained either within your studies or from a commercial role.

As a Junior IT Support Assistant you should also have excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner. Any experience of providing technical support or customer facing support would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

The company's support desk operates 24/7 and as such, you must be prepared to work the occasional weekend and bank holiday if required. You will be employed on a rotating shift basis covering day, evening and night work.
