Service Desk Support - City London required for non-profit organisation that promotes energy saving, funded by government and the private sector. My client is looking to recruit a Service Desk Support role, responsibilities include responding to providing fixes for and managing, calls logged on the Service Desk. Inculudes 1st and 2nd line support. Other areas include general day to day maintenance, working on defined projects, customer training, documentation and asset control. We are looking for a enthusiastic indivdual who can communicate well with customers.
