Women in IT 2016: Melinda Roylett, Paypal

In this video Melinda Roylett, EMEA senior director and head of small and medium business for PayPal, discusses how acknowledging the differences between men and women can help drive equality in the workplace.

Melinda shares 10 lessons learnt from her career to help others to achieve diversity in their organisations, and highlights that driving inclusion for all people is equally as important as initially hiring for gender diversity.

Melinda has worked at PayPal since 2008 - prior to that she had a leadership position in the Cards and Payments team at LTSB Bank in UK and worked in the consulting and legal professions.

This video is part of a series of talks that took place at the annual Computer Weekly women in IT event showcasing some of the great women in the tech sector.
