Acer has launched a family of Windows 8-based tablets, ultralight notebooks and touchscreen monitors.
The $499 Acer Iconia W510 is a 10.1 inch tablet, based on the Intel Atom processor, while the $599 W700 has an 11.6 inch screen and is powered by an Intel Core i3 or i5 processor.
On the laptop front, Acer has a new range of Windows 8 thin and light brushed aluminum notebook PCs, called the Acer Aspire S7 series. The notebooks feature an IPS HD display and touchscreen.
