Martin Kristensson oversees the delivery of IT for the World Food Programme, a United Nations agency. He joined the organisation nearly two decades ago and his current job involves the delivery of technology under very challenging situations, such as the recent floodings in Pakistan and the earthquake in Haiti.

In this video, Kristensson talks about the pressures of his job and the skills required to deal with the pressures of providing IT under extreme pressure as well as restricted budget and resources.
