Two winners at the Computer Weekly Best Places to Work in IT awards, IDIS and Network Rail detail some of the ways they provide a working environment IT professionals appreciate.

Nick McCowen is the Head of IT at IDIS, the winner of the Best of the Best award for organisations with fewer then 200 employees, and winner in the health, social care and not for profit category.

Pam Fellows is the director of information management at Network Rail, which scooped the award in the government and public services category.
