Tony Goode, the man who blew the whistle on Marks &
Spencer’s plans to cut redundancy payouts, had an unblemished
career of almost 25 years.
When he left M&S he was the man responsible for the
retailer’s database of some 30 million customers, about half the UK
population.
He speaks candidly to Computer Weekly about the job
