Over two-thirds of IT managers polled in this week's Computer Weekly/Harvey Nash Big Question poll would like to take advantage of new rules which make it easier for IT managers to hire freelance staff as permanent employees.

New Employment Agencies Act Regulations mean IT managers will be able to hire freelancers on a permanent basis without incurring steep penalties from employment agencies. Of the IT managers polled, 67% would be prepared to take advantage of these regulations.
