The latest PROMS-G spring school, entitled Making
Projects Work, will offer attendees the chance to improve their
project management skills.
The world of IT has, at its heart, a huge numbers of individual
projects. These projects are of increasing complexity and scope,
with an increasing number of stakeholders, and these stakeholders
are more diverse than ever before.
This session will offer practical ideas on how project workshops
and meetings can be made much more effective in the IT project
environment we find ourselves in today.
The speaker, Penny Pullan from Making Projects Work, is a
professional facilitator and project manager. Penny has been active
in IT for more than a decade and now works with companies to
improve their project workshops and meetings, and to develop their
project management capability for complex 21st century
projects.
