Volunteer technology specialists who help disabled people with their IT are being teamed up with charity AbilityNet to provide faster and better services to their users.
AbilityNet will offer volunteers in the ITCH Network - part of the BCS Disability Group - the use of its information helpline, support from its consultants and specialist training.
ITCH Network will now refer users with complex access issues to AbilityNet. A single national contact point will enable AbilityNet to speed up assessments and help people more quickly.
