“The research shows what a huge opportunity is available for IT to provide more value for end users by providing timely information for decision making,” says Colin Snow, a vice president and research director at Ventana Research.

More that two-thirds of the 590 survey respondents have scorecard measures that can be manipulated. End users also reported that they can’t rely on the results – 61% can’t drill down to important details, while 62% say performance alerts are out of date.
