The search is on for the oldest IT equipment! Computer Weekly has teamed up with ShP Limited, the IT recycling service, to find retro computers, printers, binders and scanners. We've been asking our readers to show off the IT hardware they're hoarding.

ShP Limited is one of Europe ’s largest electronics recyclers. The company works with charities, network operators and businesses to recycle old IT equipment and other electrical devices such as mobile phones from people across the UK , offering financial reward or charitable payment in return for the products.

 

How to enter:

  • Submitting your photo on the live blog

You can submit your photo to the Hardware Hoarders live blog by simply registering/signing in and uploading either a photo or a video.

You can also comment on your picture or anyone else's!

  • Submitting your photo by email

You can also submit your photo by email to hardwarehoarders@computerweekly.com.

If you're emailing us an image, please send it in jpeg format.

In the email accompanying your photo, make sure to include:
* your contact details (in case we need to get in touch with you)
* your 'screen name', if different from your actual name (we'll use this to credit your photo if we publish it)
* a brief description of your photo, with any interesting details about the item.
