Digitalk has developed a set of session initiation protocol (SIP) technologies.
The intelligent voice switching platform supplier says that its new SIP tools will provide the foundation for network operators to launch the next generation of VoIP services. The SIP services says Digitalk will allow operators to capitalise on the capability of SIP to offer increased operational economies over traditional networks while “gracefully” migrating their voice networks to IP.
Digitalk’s end-to-end SIP portfolio will allow constructors to developers to develop, control and deliver SIP-based applications such as telephony, audio and video conferencing, voice messaging, push-to-talk applications, presence and instant messaging.
SIP application services provide the intelligence for operators to develop, control and deliver these applications.
