Lambeth signs £17m deal for school software

Lambeth Council has signed a £17m, eight-year private finance initiative contract with Research Machines. The school software supplier will provide 10 schools in Lambeth with a managed IT service and access to digital learning resources.

LogicaCMG to manage Barnet's back-office IT

The London borough of Barnet has awarded an £8m, five-year contract to LogicaCMG to deliver and manage back-office systems based on the mySAP Business Suite.

Neos employs MiTech for customer support

Neos Networks, part of the Scottish and Southern Energy Group, has signed a £2.3m, three-year contract with MiTech Services for network mainte-nance and customer support.

Hanson to be networked by MiTech group

Building materials giant Hanson has signed a five year £10.9m voice and data managed services contract with MiTech group. The deal will see Hanson's 450 sites across the UK networked using BT IP clear circuits, Cisco routers and a Mitel voice gateway solution.

Business Serve houses servers with IP Telecom

Business Serve, the converged communications provider, has signed a three-year, £1m co-location contract with IP Telecom Solutions, to be hosted at Leapfield House, Docklands.
