Following the success of the first Best Places to Work in IT awards, Computer Weekly is again looking to showcase the UK's best employers of IT professionals and highlight employment best practice. There are 17 categories spread across 10 industry sectors.

Visit ComputerWeekly.com to fill in the entry form: you will have to answer basic questions about your company - from benefits offered to the training budget.

The deadline for entries is 13 September 2004. If the judges require more information about your department, you may be contacted and asked to supply this in late September or early October. The shortlist will be finalised by the end of this year, and published in Computer Weekly in January 2005.

Winners will be announced on Wednesday 2 March 2005 at a ceremony at the Park Lane Hotel, London, which will celebrate the achievements of IT professionals in their place of work.

If you work in a great workplace for IT professionals, we want your organisation to receive the recognition it deserves. Don't forget, the deadline for entries is Monday 13 September 2004.
