Manchester City Council (MCC) had an existing fleet of more than 550 copier or multifunction devices (MFDs), 3,500 desktop printers and 800 fax machines.

The Council undertook a review with the view to improving the running of its print infrastructure and business processes to ensure it could offer the most efficient and high quality service to the public.
