reseller agreement. But the agreement has a powerful rationale and real substance behind it.
In this context, Ernst & Young is both a managed service provider and a consultancy. Other vendors and service providers should look at it closely and take on board the messages - it indicates a change in the enterprise decision-making process, so far as IT security is concerned
