From previous comments, we know the area is immediately available from halving the product of the two legs. So our specific problem reduces to finding two legs that multiply to make 2 x 666,666 = 1,333,332. Surely the leg dimensions are reasonably close together numerically?

Further analysis brings forth the possibilities 693 x 1,924 and 1,386 x 962. The first of these meets our requirements and the triangle we are looking for is accordingly 693-1,924-2,045.
