The company's US SAP Best Practice Peer Forum already has about 50 members representing large SAP users such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Eli Lilly.
AMR said the forum should provide more focused results than independent user groups.
The company hopes to attract 20 European SAP users within a year to share best practice. Additionally, AMR plans to offer members access to exclusive research.
Through the forum, AMR said users would be offered regular webcasts, teleconferences and e-mail correspondence, along with face-to-face meetings. AMR is planning to host an event in September for members.
AMR said users would also have access to a client resource centre, providing answers to frequently asked questions, meeting summaries and other relevant information.
