The 2003 E-Commerce Awards will be launched tomorrow, 13 March.
The awards aim to recognise, promote and reward small- to medium-sized businesses and charity/not-for-profit organisations which have excelled in using IT and internet technology.

They are a joint initiative between UK Online for Business and not-for-profit user organisation InterForum. Companies with up to 250 employees can enter the competition, which will highlight business transformation in areas such as online trading and e-business.
Business innovation awards will also be offered for the best use of broadband and mobile technology as well as innovation in areas such as supply chain management.
The awards, which offer a total of £182,000 in prize money, take the format of 11 regional heats across England, Wales and Northern Ireland followed by a national final to be held in October.
