In this diagram, contributed by Chelmsford reader Ivor Smith, the original pyramid has been built up by adding together the two integers in each pair of adjacent boxes to provide the total immediately above the pair. However, to make an interesting problem, seven of the boxes have been blanked out. Your task is to restore the complete pyramid of fifteen numbers, all of which are positive.
