Chrysler Financial deploys Salesforce CRM system

Chrysler Financial, which provides leasing and financing for DaimlerChrysler dealers and customers, has deployed Salesforce's on-demand customer relationship management system.

The software is being used to link over 1,600 financial services companies to provide users across the company with customisable business applications, which can be accessed via a web browser.

Chrysler Financial is using the Salesforce software to provide users with access to information such as leasing and financing options in order to improve customer service. The consolidated source of data also provides supervisors and regional managers with instant insight into performance by individual, region and market, so the company can work collectively to meet sales goals.

Salesforce has 35,300 companies of all sizes, industries and geographies using Salesforce software. Other users include Lloyds Register, insurance company Aon, and Avis Budget group.
