Diary maker picks new ERP system

Antony Savvas

Charles Letts, the diary maker, has selected the Epicor Vantage enterprise resource planning (ERP) suite to help improve its operations.

Charles Letts, a division of the Letts Filofax Group, has eight international subsidiaries and a large network of distributors and agents covering over thirty countries.

The firm went to Epicor after learning that its current manufacturing resource planning (MRP) system was to become unsupported with no direct upgrade path.

“Epicor demonstrated a system flexible enough to meet our business requirements without need for major modification,” said Kenny Skivington, business information analyst for Charles Letts.

“We felt Epicor understood best our complex planning methods and gave a commitment to meet those requirements during the implementation phase,” said Skivington.
