IBM is offering users of Hewlett-Packard's Mercury testing tools and Openview system management a discount of up to 25% to migrate to IBM's alternative toolset.

IBM is offering users of Hewlett-Packard's Mercury testing tools and Openview system management a discount of up to 25% to migrate to IBM's alternative toolset.

Until 22 December, IT departments that purchase IBM Rational Clearquest and IBM Rational Functional Testing quality management software will also obtain IBM Rational Performance Tester with 100 virtual tester licences for free, saving an estimated £10,500 in software licence charges.
