LuxTech, a supplier of outsourced IT and telephony services, has launched a converged IP-based business system.
Called Integrated Office, the IP telephony-based communications system is designed to allow small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve and optimise their business communications.
The Integrated Office is an extension to LuxTech’s existing services and the company sees it as providing SMEs with new ways to gain competitive advantage using technology that was previously price prohibitive and therefore only available to larger corporate enterprises.
The system, says LuxTech, will enable SMEs to run a more effective operation by providing seamless integration with their existing contact management and CRM software.

Incoming callers will be recognised automatically when calling into the business, and the telephony function can be integrated with the SME’s customer database to allow rapid lookup of client details and information.
LuxTech says Integrated Office provides business benefits such as integration with contact management software, mobility and remote working, resource pooling and inter-site connectivity. The system integrates with Outlook, CRM, billing and email.
