Indian developer scoops parliament software contract



The Scottish Parliament has awarded a contract worth in excess of £5 million to Indian Software developer, Wipro, to provide IT support services and consultancy services.

Wipro will provide support for the installation and validation of a series of new operational systems, as the Parliament takes up its new home in Holyrood.

The Wipro team will work alongside the Scottish Parliament's own IT staff for the duration of the five year contract.
