Byte Night
23 September, London
Hundreds of senior IT professionals are lining up to take part in this year's Byte Night on 23 September, when they will sleep rough near Tower Bridge to support children's charity NCH.
Last year's event raised more than 200,000, which NCH used to help homeless children.
Byte Night has been running for several years. Sleepers this year will include IT directors and senior board members from the largest IT supplier organisations, as well as Computer Weekly's managing editor John Riley.
Individuals are asked to raise £2,000 each from sponsorship, and teams to raise £5,000.
