Apacs brings its IT projects in on time

We have had a great year at Apacs, with most of our projects coming in on time. Some of these will carry over into next year, but none that were time-critical, writes Sue Yoe, director, IT and office services at the Association for Payment Clearing Services.

Overall our budget has worked as forecast, and the team has engaged well with performance management, planning and objectives-setting challenges.
