This conversion utility pretty much does what it says on the
tin; if you have TXT files that you’re looking to convert over to
Adobe’s PDF format, this will fit the bill adequately. With a small
footprint and a simple interface, there’s little room for confusion
or complexity. A couple of clicks and drags will see any conversion
work complete.
The biggest drawback is that it sits in a veritable sea of
similar tools, most of which give the user more, some of which give
the user much more; although rudimentary author, file and
font output settings are supported, along with batch conversion
capabilities, exclusions include any form of security, encryption
or merging capabilities, not least the ability to convert
alternative file formats.
So, a passable choice, and tempting at its price-point
especially if the rather narrow focus hits your sweet spot, but we
suspect that in this day and age most people will be looking for a
tool with a slightly fuller feature set.
