In this matrix, contributed by Chelmsford reader Ivor Smith,
there are five rows of three circles linked by straight lines (but
note, no horizontal line). Ivor asks you to insert a different
integer into each of the four vacant circles (A to D) such that
each line of three then totals a constant of 28.
