Occupants of United Business Centres (UBC) are to get the latest in IP communications services.
Users of the serviced office centres are set to benefit from a deal UBC has struck with specialist managed communications provider IP-Xchange.
Delivered on a per user basis, the managed technology means that UBC customers will enjoy flexible working practices - such as office ghosting and multi-location partnerships - without the hassle of committing to long-term and costly IT resources, said UBC.
Each user will benefit from the latest in IP Phone technology and the remote management of communications.
Shared wireless access is available in the centres' communal areas, and additional bandwidth services on demand are also provided to companies that need to guarantee secure personal internet connectivity.
UBC will deliver the following communication features to customers:
Fully featured IP handsets
Integrated voicemail
Dual phone/mobile working - providing PBX functions to a mobile
Dedicated secure user controlled web interface
Free calls to other UBC office users around the UK
Low-cost national and international calls
Built in "meet me" conferencing facilities
On-line upgrades for additional user applications
Full telephone and web based technical support services
On-site equipment cover
