Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association is planning to
streamline transaction processing and reporting with a system that
gives better streamlining ofdocument managementand
workflow.
The Lincolnshire Rural HA provides housing services to 370
properties. Chief executive John Howes explained they needed a
change of IT to keep up with change at the association.
"Over the past two years we found our existing IT system could
not keep pace with our progress.
"We went to great lengths to evaluate the market leading
systems, involving all key staff. It was important staff using the
system liked it and the IT worked for us and not conversely."
The association is using OPENHousing and OPENFinancials from
IBS OPENSystems to "modernise systems and boost processing
capabilities".
