SME voice over IP provider Gradwell has joined forces with Tiscali to jointly offer unbundled phone and broadband services to small firms.
Gradwell is the first Tiscali channel partner to sign a WLVA (Wholesale Line Voice and ADSL) contract.
The partnership will enable SMEs to merge an analogue telephone line, broadband and an IP-PBX service into a single service.
In the WLVA product, Tiscali provides Gradwell with the whole copper pair at the local exchange and converts both voice and data into IP, routed straight into the Gradwell VoIP network.
Therefore, there is no traditional phone line rental, resulting in a cost saving of more than £11 per month when considering the phone line rental charges of BT, for instance.
