Norwich Union Lifehas selected the
Dialogue enterprisedocument automation softwarefrom
Exstream Software to streamline document production.
The Norwich Union system is also being used to improve the
quality and effectiveness of customer communications.
Using Dialogue, Norwich Union says it will give customers
high-quality and increasingly personalised communications.
Gary Price, director of customer experience at Norwich Union,
