Norwich Union deploys document automation system

Norwich Union Life has selected the Dialogue enterprise document automation software from Exstream Software to streamline document production.

The Norwich Union system is also being used to improve the quality and effectiveness of customer communications.

Using Dialogue, Norwich Union says it will give customers high-quality and increasingly personalised communications.

Gary Price, director of customer experience at Norwich Union, said, "Dialogue is a robust software platform that will allow us to ultimately offer a variety of customised, high-quality, professional communication solutions for both print and electronic channels.

"This will translate to increased customer satisfaction and retention," he said.
