TheMoat housing
associationin southeast England is deploying
the Proactis Spend Control system from Sapphire Systems toget a tighter rein on its
finances.
Located in Dartford, in the heart of the Thames Gateway, Moat
provides affordable housing in a population growth area.
As a result of an increase in the size of the organisation and
the volume of purchase orders generated, Moat needed a better
system to maintain budgetary control and expenditure.
Proactis's sales-ledger processing and dashboard reporting will
be integrated into Moat's existing systems.
Stuart McCreadie, executive director of finance and corporate
services at Moat, said the new system will deliver better
management of resources, the ability to process orders more
efficiently and increased control over expenditure.
