Helly Hansen is implementing Lawson QuickStep Fashion, a preconfigured industry system designed around the specific needs of fashion and apparel manufacturers.

The project will support 250 users across Helly Hansen's worldwide operations.

"We decided to evaluate the enterprise software market in search of a new supplier to replace our legacy system, which we plan to stop using by 2009," said Espen Krogstad, CEO for Helly Hansen.

"Lawson came out as the right partner because of its industry-specific functionality. The Lawson system will help minimise the risk of operational downtime which is business critical in our industry," said Krogstad.
