OrgPlus Enterprise achieves PeopleSoft recognition

OrgPlus Enterprise, the intelligent organisational charting and workforce modelling system from Human Concepts, has achieved integration validation with Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management 8.9, via the Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Partners initiative.

The validation is a measure of how thoroughly and rigorously tested OrgPlus Enterprise has been to help ensure complete integration and use of best practices and Oracle standards with PeopleSoft applications.

HumanConcepts claims it is the first software developer to have an intelligent organisational charting solution that has achieved integration validation with PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management 8.9.

OrgPlus Enterprise is designed to help  PeopleSoft users gain a heightened level of organisational intelligence with a centralised view of employee data and the tools to model business scenarios. The added functionality is intended to allow managers and human resource departments to more effectively plan for change such as re-organisations, mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, OrgPlus empowers HR to conduct succession planning, meet regulatory compliance, and monitor organisational effectiveness against defined metrics.
