Nottinghamshire County Council is using the
rostrvm contact centre application suite in its new customer
service centre, with support from integrator
Logicalis.
The council signed a three year deal with Logicalis, which will
see the integrator deliver design, integration and ongoing
management services of the centre.
Mick Storey, deputy leader at Nottinghamshire County Council.
“The system is flexible and to a high degree ‘future-proofed’ in
that the contact centre element is capable not only of providing
service on the Ericsson voice network currently implemented by the
council, but can continue to be used with any strategic change in
technology that might be proposed by the council over the next five
years.”
“The new applications give our staff access to both the customer
contact and the underpinning databases, accessed through the CRM
system and fully integrated with the Contact Centre system and
software,” said Storey.
