Business class-only airline Silverjet is deploying a web
performance management system to ensure its
online operation meets the mark.
The transatlantic airline is deploying the
Gomez ExperienceFirst Network to continuously monitor the
response time and availability of its
internet service.
An early warning system that alerts Silverjet
via SMS and email to any performance problems ensures issues
can be addressed before they reach the customer.
Carlos Diaz, IT service support manager at Silverjet said, “We
place huge emphasis on eliminating the hassles and frustrations
associated with airline travel. The use of Gomez’s latest
technology will ensure that this experience is consistent from the
moment customers visit our website to the moment they arrive at
