National Trust gets rid of the mouse

The National Trust has signed up Management Systems Modelling to modify its website to bring it into line with UK disability discrimination laws.

The contract, which forms part of a wider three-year web development deal, will see MSM make widespread modifications to the conservation charity’s site to improve its accessibility, include text-only pages to allow the use of screen-reading software, and improve navigation to enable visitors to move around the site without a mouse.
