Oracle has unveiled PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance
Management 9.
The announcement launches the latest product from the PeopleSoft
Enterprise 9 suite, following the release of the customer
relationship management module two weeks ago.
The launches were trailed by Oracle in June, in a bid to
reassure PeopleSoft users that the company was committed to
supporting the products after its acquisition of PeopleSoft last
year.
PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management 9 offers a set of
analytic applications aimed at helping businesses to align data and
resources with strategic objectives.
New features include expanded enterprise planning, finance and
compliance management capabilities.
The package now integrates its Planning and Budgeting element
with Peoplesoft Workforce Rewards and Human Capital Management, to
allow planning and modelling of different pay and staff benefits
systems.
PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management 9 also includes
special content, reporting and analysis functions tailored to the
higher education industry.
