Intervate Solutions, a software developer and solution
provider that focuses on the delivery of intranet, extranet and
mobile technology solutions for the enterprise market, has recently
acquired the development team of Lucid Vision.
“This decision to integrate the Lucid Vision development team
within Intervate is exciting, and will cement our skills and
expertise, as well as increase our ability to support our
customers,” said Migal Van As, chief executive of Intervate.
“While Lucid approached us with this opportunity, having worked
with its team on joint projects in the past, we knew that the
culture fit would be a good one for Intervate.”
Lucid Vision has decided to focus its business on its design and
multimedia capabilities. As Lucid Vision and Intervate share a
common customer and large-scale project through Deloitte, the
integration of the two development teams has occurred
seamlessly.

knowledge, allowing us to better support and service Deloitte’s
requirements, as well as creating new opportunities for Intervate,”
said Van As.
