The company, which will trade as CoullMedia, claims unrivalled expertise in the capture, production and delivery of real-time streaming media across digital/IP networks. 

MediaWave aims to provides companies on typical SME budgets with a simple and cost-effective opportunity to create, upload and publish interactive video over the internet. Having repurposed thousands of hours of content for delivery over the internet for clients of all sizes, MediaWave now gains Coull’s visual enhancing methods of engaging with customers.

“Clients are looking to the latest technology to offer them a differentiator,” said Irfon Watkins, CEO of Coull. “CoullMedia will allow them to go online and download our authoring environment, then create and upload their interactive videos for publishing over the net.”
