End to outsourcing 'exclusivity'?

In the past outsourcing deals were noted for the difficulty in changing suppliers when the contract term was close, however, according to a report by the Technology Partners International, 89% of subsequent deals were signed with other providers. The Butler Group asks is it the end of big supplier outsourcing deals.
